Production and clinical evaluation of decellularised human dermis
I will give a brief background on what NHS Blood and Transplant Tissue and Eye Services are and how we work; then I will go through the laboratory science to develop a decellularised dermis and tests performed to confirm its suitability followed by a clinical evaluation on chronic leg ulcers to assess its safety and efficacy.
